If eduPersonPrincipalName is released, eduPersonTargetedID is not required.
WAYFless URL: Bureau van Dijk has developed a tool for generating WAYFless URLs for their services at https://authenticate.bvdep.com/ukfed.html. Choose Bankscope as the product name from the drop-down list and enter the entityID of your IdP. Then Generate URL.
This service is available for subscription to UK HE, FE & research councils through JISC Collections.
